Yes. MedExpiry is completely free during the beta period. Every tier — Retail, Mid-Size, and Enterprise — is free right now. Pricing will be introduced after beta ends. You will receive advance notice before any charges begin and will never be charged without your explicit consent.
No. MedExpiry is a Progressive Web App. You install it directly from your browser on any smartphone, tablet, or desktop. No app store, no IT setup, no downloads required.
Most pharmacies are fully set up within minutes. Register, select your tier, and upload your medicine inventory via CSV. Your dashboard is ready immediately after.
Features
You upload your medicine stock with batch numbers and expiry dates. MedExpiry monitors every item continuously and automatically flags medicines approaching their expiry date — before they become a problem. Your team is then guided through a structured replacement workflow.
Yes. You can export date-filtered CSV reports for expired and non-expired medicines at any time. These are formatted and ready for supplier return claims, stock audits, and drug inspector submissions.
Yes. Store Owner tier users can generate itemised medical bills directly inside MedExpiry. Bills are tied to your inventory data, keeping sales records and stock reconciliation in one place.
Yes. Because MedExpiry is a PWA, it has built-in offline capability. Your team can access inventory data and continue working without an active internet connection.
Multi-branch & enterprise
Yes. The Mid-Size Operations and Enterprise tiers support multiple branches with role-based access controls. Each branch sees and manages only what is relevant to them, while admins get a unified view across all locations.
Yes. The Enterprise & Institutional tier is built for hospitals and large healthcare groups. It includes disposal logging, batch-level documentation, wastage trend reporting, and audit-ready records that drug inspectors expect to find.
Data & privacy
Your data is stored on servers located within India, hosted on a major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure India region). We apply encrypted data transmission, access controls, and secure authentication.
Your data belongs to you. We will never delete your inventory data without notice. When pricing is introduced, you can subscribe to continue or export your full data and leave. No lock-in.
Only you and the team members you authorise. Role-based access controls ensure each user sees only what is relevant to their role. GoFreeLab Technologies does not access your inventory data except for infrastructure and support purposes.
