By registering for or using MedExpiry, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use MedExpiry.

About MedExpiry

What is MedExpiry?

MedExpiry is a medicine expiry tracking and pharmacy inventory management application developed and operated by GoFreeLab Technologies, Kochi, Kerala, India. MedExpiry is currently in beta and provided free of charge during this period.

Is MedExpiry a medical tool?

No. MedExpiry is an inventory management tool only. It does not provide medical advice, clinical recommendations, or treatment guidance. All decisions regarding medicines, dispensing, and patient care remain the sole responsibility of the licensed pharmacist or healthcare professional using the platform.

Eligibility

Who can use MedExpiry?

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use MedExpiry. By creating an account, you confirm that you are a pharmacy professional, business owner, or authorised representative of a pharmacy, medical store, hospital, or healthcare organisation.

Your Account

Who is responsible for account security?

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login details with unauthorised users. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

What if I provide false information during registration?

You must provide accurate information during registration. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination.

Acceptable Use

What am I not allowed to do on MedExpiry?

You agree not to use MedExpiry for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian law, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, upload false or fraudulent medicine inventory data, reverse engineer or copy any part of the platform, use automated bots or scripts to access the service, resell or sublicense access without written permission, or interfere with the security or availability of the platform.

Beta Service

What does being in beta mean?

MedExpiry is currently in beta. The platform is still being developed and refined. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice.

Is uptime guaranteed during beta?

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during the beta period. Downtime for maintenance, updates, or bug fixes may occur. We will communicate significant outages where possible.

When will pricing be introduced?

Pricing will be introduced after the beta period ends. We will provide advance notice before any paid plans take effect. You will not be charged without your explicit consent.

Your Data

Who owns the data I enter into MedExpiry?

You own the medicine inventory data you enter into MedExpiry. We do not claim ownership over your data. We store and process it only to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Is MedExpiry responsible for data accuracy?

No. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. MedExpiry does not verify the correctness of medicine names, batch numbers, or expiry dates you upload.

Intellectual Property

Who owns MedExpiry's software and design?

All software, design, branding, and content on MedExpiry — including the name, logo, interface, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of GoFreeLab Technologies. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it without written permission.

Warranties & Liability

Does MedExpiry come with any warranties?

MedExpiry is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during the beta period. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. MedExpiry does not replace the professional judgement of a licensed pharmacist.

What is GoFreeLab Technologies' liability limit?

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, GoFreeLab Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of MedExpiry. This includes loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

Termination

Can I delete my account?

Yes. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

Can MedExpiry be discontinued?

We may discontinue MedExpiry or parts of it at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before doing so.

Governing Law

Which laws govern these Terms?

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala, India.

Changes to Terms

How will we notify you of changes?

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email if changes are significant. Continued use of MedExpiry after updated Terms are posted means you accept the changes.
